Firearms Instructor Information

Lead instruction comes from a career operator with a background in some of the U.S. government's most selective national-level paramilitary and high-threat protective security programs.

His operational career spans years of conducting direct-action operations, unconventional and irregular warfare, sensitive overseas missions, and high-threat protective security in environments where mistakes carried real consequences. That experience includes multiple combat and high-threat deployments to Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Libya, and other hostile locations around the world.

His background also includes service on specialized U.S. government protective teams operating in some of the world's most dangerous environments, responsible for protecting personnel and sensitive activities where conventional security options were often insufficient.

That operational career is backed by an equally substantial instructor-development pedigree. Following 9/11, he helped redesign elements of the U.S. Federal Air Marshal Service training program and retrained members of its instructor cadre. He is an FBI-certified firearms instructor who completed the FBI's FAST Track Instructor Development Program, has held firearms instructor certification through the U.S. Department of Defense, and served with the Department of State's Antiterrorism Assistance Program, training foreign law-enforcement and security personnel worldwide in bomb detection, crisis response, and critical-incident management.

The distinction matters: this course is not being taught by someone whose operational experience ended years ago. The lead instructor remains actively engaged in government contracting and professional training today. The tactics, techniques, procedures, and lessons presented are grounded not only in extensive combat and national-security experience, but in the realities of the current operating environment.

Students are not simply learning how to shoot. They are learning from someone who has spent a career applying weapons, tactics, judgment, movement, and decision-making under real-world operational conditions—and then teaching others to perform to the same demanding standard.

Additional instructors are drawn from the very top tier of the U.S. special operations and national-security community, including veterans of premier special mission units and highly selective government paramilitary programs. Their backgrounds include service as sniper instructors, assaulters, and maritime operators conducting sensitive missions in some of the world’s most demanding environments—bringing students experience forged at the highest levels of precision shooting, close-quarters combat, assault operations, maritime operations, and high-risk mission execution.
